Volume 29 : Save the Queen!

Near Higgin’s manor, a car accident. The driver, a former terrorist, didn’t die accidentally. Victim of a delayed-action poison, he was on his way to meet the former chief-inspector and notify him that a criminal group had decided to commit the worst of crimes: assassinating Queen Elizabeth II.

Based on the clues at hand, Higgins identifies several members of a highly powerful and organized criminal network. However it was impossible to dismantle it! The only solution left: discover the identity of the armed wing and neutralize it before the irreparable murder.

But when and where was this crime supposed to be committed, and will Higgins succeed in saving the Queen?
